Wear OS apps on 7.1.1

Hi,

Im sorry if this has been asked before but does anyone know of a way to sideload Wear OS apk’s onto an android 7.1.1 smartwatch?
Seems to me to be the perfect solution for fitness tracking amongst other things.

There are some wear OS apps that are running on our full android watches. But- if one wear app needs any communication with your mobile, it can’t work.

I wish it can be solved
Also BT Calls are a big issue
I have Thor 4 Dual I need to make BT Calls To avoid bicking up my phone because I lost 2 phones before
