How long will this one last before it fails and I have to send it back for repair and never get it back?
I only got 4 months from 2 x Thor Pro’s and 5 months from a Thor 4. Neither Banggood or TomTop do anything to honour the warranty. I have been waiting longer than 8 months now for my watches to come back and will not buy a new Zeblaze product unless I know it will last at least 12 months!
Banggood has given me a $120 refund on a $190 watch (plus the $30+ it cost me to send it back for the repairs that never eventuated) what a disgraceful way to run a company

hi please help, i have a zeblaze thor 5 smartwatch but if my cellphone receives a call why can’t it be received on my smartphone? only notifications will appear.
Both share the same SIM number ?

Your watch does not support bluetooth calling . Only the old android 5.1 watches do .
