Microphone volume really low

Hi all!

Tried calling a number but they couldnt hear me, this is with the Optimus Pro.

Would Bluetooth earbuds help or is there a work around?

Its even low when I record my voice

Any help would be much appreciated :slight_smile:

If there’s a microphone on the earbuds then it would help

So phonecalls only work with bluetooth earbuds with mic?

My (now dead) Thor pro worked with out earbuds

Why does it record my voice but the person I call cant hear me… confusing

my mic works just fine when making phone calls

I have a Kospet Prime. In the early days the microphone worked normally, after 3 days is extremely low. Google assistant can’t capture audio

Try a full reset . If it doesnt help the waterproof seal might be covering the mircrophone
