Update Google Apps?

Hi, after having started Google PlayStore for the first time I received a mail stating I should update Google Apps Google, GMail and Maps.

What’s your opinion?
Shall I do these updates?

no need if you do’nt want to i’ve put any updates on manually and not auto updates so i can decide which ones i need to updates and which not.
