Thor 4 plus not connecting to pc

Hi everybody nice to meet you. I’m a new member and I’m finding troubles connecting the watch to the pc.
I don’t see any folder.
What’the matter?

Which windows are you using? Are you connecting to pc for file transfer?

hello I need help because in my  zeblaze thor watch is not available the usb option, I think it is best to reinstall the firmware, but how?

have connected usb cable to pc BEFORE try access usb option in watch?

First connect your watch to computer.
Then in Watch->Go to settings->click the CONNECT option->then click USB option. Done
Go to watch folder in your computer. You will get the folder and the files inside it.
