I just got my Lemfo Lemx and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there was a way to switch celsius to farenheit in the settings? It’s on every watch face that has has a weather icon.

No, you can’t. The °C symbol is a picture, you can’t switch to Fahrenheit and the stocklauncher did not have an option to display the Fahrenheit value.
But- the Universal launcher have this option. If you use it, you can make your watch display the Fahrenheit value, and then you can adapt some faces with Photoshop or Gimp for your own use.

Thanks for the response. I’m going to have to try and do more research to try and download some apps that can help me acquire new watch faces with the farenheit option. I’ve see a couple in some videos.
