1. download the right firmware of the q7+ to your computer.
2. download sp flash tool.
3. make sure drivers are installed
4. make sure that your watch is recognized by computer (usb mtp).

Brick my smartwatch, help
which firmware did you use? i used the q7 on my s1 and it worked perfectly and the s1 firmware did’nt work, should be the same here. did you use download only? which sp flash tool version are you using?

Sp flashbtool v5.16.36,my smartwatch s1 plus,and flash with frimeware smartwatch q7 plush,

Sp flashbtool v5.16.36,my smartwatch s1 plus,and flash with frimeware smartwatch q7 plush,
i use 5.1644 version of the sp flash tool try different version and make sure that you hold tied the cable to the watch i had the same result because of that and i had to do several tries before my watch came back:/
