You need to provide more information, for example what watch you have and a better explanation of your problem. For one if I read correctly, I always turn the watch off before removing or inserting a Sim Card but can't really tell from your statement what you did.
my watch diggro d101 like kw88, when turn of flight mode after 1 min watch restart and some function not working. example steepcounter not working, and after again reboot

can you upload info of your watch and a pic of it? it might be better to flash it with different firmware but you need to be sure which one, is sounds firmware problem and not hardware but if this continue after flashing then it is hardware defect.
