Notification and alarm sounds missing

Hi,

After updating my KW88 to firmware KW88_CS1_B_GSM_PHT_20170614

I have no notification sounds or alarm sounds or ring tones.

The list is there, but no sounds.

I can play music OK though.

Any ideas?

Stupid question: did you check volume levels?

You should factory reset after a update . Always recommended

I tried and still have no sound on my notifications

And you are not on quiet mode ? Volume down etc ? . I would maybe try flashing firmware again
