Everytime the battery goes to 0% my smartwatch resets time/data (then I need to put mannualy or by wifi, thats terrible)

My Zeblaze Thor 4 android 7.0 does the same thing… Slightly annoying however rarely drains to zero so no biggie!
Yes that’s normal, but the watch is supposed to turn off before 0% to save battery and Time pref

interesting … I had not noticed this, until a few weeks when it freezes and had to reload the pc, from then on I was more aware and I saw this failure to reset the time, but I’m not sure if it was not already so. I already do factory reset,but the problem persisted. Am I letting anything happen to turn it off before the battery zero?Maybe especific config?
