Lem5 won't connect to pc

Hi all, I’m trying to connect my new lem5 (which I love) to my PC for custom watch faces. When ever I connect it states the following message “USB device not recognised” it’s windows 10 and I’m not very tech savvy.

Any help is appreciated! Please easy instructions

My answer is surely late.
Do not use the USB cable supplied with the watch, but a thicker one. And it works …
