Hi, i have my kw98 but the screen is not working touch problem i dont know where to get tge spare nor how to fix the problem kindly help if have any solution becouse no where i can buy another one
Can you explain what you did before problem . Have you put in watch a clockskin ? Is your screen on and visible ? Thanks
Its in normal screen view but other thngs are fine apart from that
I have done nothing to it but the watch os on and is working but not touching that is the only issue
Personally i would flash the firmware first . We have a video on this if you havent done this before .
