your watch does'nt boot up? your info about firmware updates are in firmware section.

Domino DM638
Build NO.DMNSB_HEHUI_GSM_V1.5.0_20170821(came pre installed)
not able to connect to my OP3T Running 7.1.1 OXYGENOS BETA VERSION
wiiwear forec closes and disconnects, however it works fin with marshmellow 6
i think its not compatibale with 7.1.1 
please help me if there is an upadted firmware or anything 
bought the dm368 2 days back

pablo11 do yo think we can get hold of DM368 FW. i know u said they dont provide it but still worth a try!

Be carefull with this update… on Dm368 plus have a strange logo SPORCH instead Domino!

thx, I have this already, about that is V1.1.0_20170619 and soonar have V1.5.0_20170821

have you checked ota, he got it via ota any updates that we get we put it in it's section.

Hi,

I have firmware DMNSB_HEHUI_GSM_V1.4.0_20170518. When I go to wireless upgrade it says ‘Test Version’ and when I tap it just has a circle going around, what does that mean? Can I not upgrade it wirelessly?

yes, check the firmware section if there is something new for your watch, i doubt it…but wroth to check:)

yes, do you have the bt calls app? this is the latest firmware for the watch.

Hi,

I wanted to reflash my firmware because when I rooted the watch, I accidently deleted an app. The watch works fine, but now I want that app back. My current firmware is DMNSB_HEHUI_GSM_V1.4.0_20170518, but the firmware on the site is older. can I reflash with the older version and then use OTA update to get it back to the version I have?

Hi,

I have a problem with my watch. It started glitching, locked up. so I was able to switch the watch off, now it will not restart its dead. I tried to reflash the firmware, but sp flash tool will not recognize it, my pc makes a noise like it sees the usb connection, but nothing happens after that, any suggestions?
