Hi, I’m new to this forum. I got X5 Air few months back, but not able to fully utilize it due to below issues. Please help me:

1.My BT didn’t connect in a consistent manner, some times it works fine, and mostly it does not connect at all. The watch is updated as per the available current wireless updates.

2.How to connect the watch with the computer

3.How to install new faces.

1. check for ota updates if i’m not mistaken they’ve released update for the bt.

  1. you need to make sure vcom drivers are installed and usb mtp also.

  2. go to G+ community or watch faces section here and download any watchface you want and follow this video:)
